Calimera
Calimera is Teknoweb's machine to produce depilatory strips. It is designed to work with different raw materials, both as basis weight and type of wax. The machine is equipped with Nordson wax application group, with a continuous feeding from the wax pre-mixing and heating system. The machine is equipped with a material rolling group driven by two rubber rolls: the upper one is operated by a pneumatic cylinder, for the opening during the stops of the line. The motorized group is independent from the brushless motor. It is equipped with cross-cutting panel cutting and separation of the strips according to the selected length. The unit is supplied with a special steel blade and a Widia counter-blade. The cutting system is powered by an independent brushless motor.
