Cambiocorsa
Cambiocorsa is the complete unwinding multi-lane unit (6 lane width) placed in front of the machine in the operator area. It has a supporting structure treated with chemical zinc-coating and epoxy paint for anti-corrosion guarantee. Antivibration standing feet, aluminum frontal plates. Expandable Tidland rolls supports, driven by AC motors with belts and pulleys. Automatic transmission with zero-speed concept. Splice made with adhesive tape. Horizontal moving roll with pneumatic cylinder and proportional valve for pressure management. Linear potentiometer for determining the position of the mobile carriage for the unwinding. Automatic material center system, before the slitting with a sensor on a side.
