TK-S&A-400
TK-S&A-400 is a machine by Teknoweb for the unwinding of flawed rolls, with the stop at predetermined position and sealing system for flaws removal and rewinding. Speed setting via potentiometer; the rewinder motor increases its speed until it reaches the set, getting the real speed from the tachometer. The unwinder, thanks to the moving roll, does nothing but track the speed of the master (the dynamo) by correcting its rotative speed according to the feedback signal coming from the potentiometer installed on the roll itself. In case of presence of splice or break of the film, the system decelerates until it stops: the operator can decide to start again. Setting different values of the rewinding speed won't be necessary. The system adjusts itself calculating the diameters via software. The software for the management and control will allow the operator to choose the deceleration system. The inversion of the rotation direction will be set by the operator via control panel. Each alarm will be displayed on the control panel.
